The Week of Dancers and Dreamers — Decan III
Zodiac Position – Approximately 19-28 degrees Pisces
Season – Late Winter
Element – Water
Ruler – Neptune
Symbol – Fish
Mode – Feeling
Philosophical, Helpful, Miracle-Working
The Pisces III period takes Dancers and Dreamers as its central image. Simply put, this period closes the Grand Cycle and represents the ending of this lifetime on earth. The great wheel has at last come full circle. Those about to leave this earthly plane feel the gravity of the earth’s attraction more strongly than ever but also the inexorable pull of the world beyond. Even through pain and suffering, a range of emotions may be felt: from acceptance to expectation to excitement and joy. A quickening sense of an experience far beyond what one has yet known or, in some cases, a glimmering recognition of such a state may be felt at this time. Both present and past are finally left behind in the body when the mind enters a dreamworld and the soul dances on.
The days that comprise Pisces III symbolically reveal an individual embarking on the ultimate transition into the beyond: exercising faculties of intuition and inspiration [Epinoia], encountering an inexorable fate (embracing it or struggling against it), and rising to new spiritual heights and realizations.
Strongly philosophical, Pisces III’s often spend time contemplating the intricacies of human thought and the wonders of the universe. Their minds roam freely over areas that many would find daunting or at least mysterious. They start wondering about the meaning of life early on, and often continue to puzzle over such questions for a lifetime-indeed, these issues can become the driving force behind their careers and lifestyles.
Although visionary in thought, Pisces III’s have an intensely practical side and often well-developed technical or scientific skills. It is important to them to take an active hand in whatever is going on around them and to help other people solve their problems; they have a tremendous need to influence the lives of others and often manage to do so. Pisces III’s may even become over involved, failing to recognize when to back off. Those around them may come to view their interest as meddling, mistrusting or resenting their good intentions.
One might accuse Pisces III’s of being unrealistic if they didn’t prove correct so much of the time. Making the unbelievable believable, or the impossible possible, is perhaps their greatest power. They may seem to be quite down-to-earth, pragmatic, even ordinary types, yet their achievements at times border on the miraculous. It is as if, although not actually believers in miracles, they were somehow able to realize or experience them. There is a marked tendency to the paranormal in the personalities of those born in the Week of Dancers and Dreamers, who can manifest clairvoyant or telepathic tendencies at an early age. If those around them downplay, scoff at or suppress their abilities, they may not feel secure enough to acknowledge and reveal these talents openly until later in life.
Pisces III’s must beware of appearing to glib and learn when to speak on a given subject. Although much that they say is true, and of a high order of thinking, their omniscient manner can antagonize people. Developing humility and admitting mistakes will only add to their credibility – an important lesson, since they can become highly frustrated if their words fail to have the desired effect. They often see themselves as teachers, a role they aren’t necessarily at all cut out for, and their disappointment over not having students, followers or disciples can bring them a measure of unhappiness.
Those around Pisces III’s may well find them strange or peculiar, a trait that can make them either more or less desirable, depending on whom they meet. Some Pisces III’s have an air of self-importance, others radiate a kind of ineffectually; both types may become complacent, however, figuring that wherever they are at that moment, whether in their career or in their living situation, is the best or at least the safest place for them to be.
To an unusual degree, however their lives are ruled by fate, and at a certain point, perhaps between the ages of twenty-eight and forty-two, a call will come to them in the form of a great challenge. Whether they respond to this unsolicited invitation from destiny may well determine the course of the rest of their lives. If they try to scale the heights, they have a better-than-average chance of succeeding, no matter how daunting the endeavor.
Comfort-loving, those born in this week know how to make life pleasant for themselves and for others; in furnishing their homes, for example, they are often tasteful and imaginative. Yet a curious wanderlust or impermanence in their lifestyles can make for frequent moves, in which they leave a string of well-furnished and improved dwellings behind them. Those who do manage to stay in one place for a time may periodically need to refurbish or renovate their living space, whether those who share it with them believe this to be necessary or not.
Although Pisces III’s usually seem very independent, they often foster dependencies in others. They need to feel that they count, that they matter. This need to be needed may be one their most vulnerable points: if their children, parents, colleagues or lovers assert a degree of independence, or cease to rely on them, they can fall apart. A family, whether biological or metaphorical, is usually essential for Pisces III’s, and the degree of responsibility they assume in it may be quite impressive.
Those born in the Week of the Dancers and Dreamers are finely attuned to the wants of others. Often highly empathic, they are good listeners and are quite able to relate to and make sense of other people’s point of view. Pisces III’s know well that the world is made up of many subjective viewpoints, each true for its author, and perhaps actually true also, in a relative sense. At the same time, however, Pisces III’s tend to feel that behind these differing viewpoints stands an absolute that is not dependent on subjectivity at all but is objectively true in all situations and for all time.
Pisces III’s can be unstable and unrealistic in their romantic relationships and often get involved with the wrong partner. Yet if they make the commitment to a love that is positive and nurturing, they are quite capable of making loyal and devoted spouses.
Pisces Decan 3 ~ General Meaning
Pisces Decan 3 is ruled by Mars (Scorpio triplicity) in both systems. This is the zone of the impossible, for here we have aeronautical fishes! The sun flies through this decan from March 11 – 20. This zone is totally dominated by the visionary, high-flying, mythical horse Pegasus, after that there is a lizard, a swan and a star measurer.
We get the feeling that this Piscean water is simmering, about to boil over as it makes its way to the new life born on the spring equinox at 0º Aries. This zone is bursting with anticipation for the future and impatient because these subjects have been cocooned for so long. Pisces decan 3 can make calamitous mistakes by over-reaching themselves. These eager foals need to remember that half-baked ideas do not go down well, so must learn to hold back until their plans are fully developed. The latter end of the decan, especially those on the anaretic 29º are natural daredevils and aim high in all things.
They are prone to accidents due to their impulsive natures, but very ‘Gung ho’ so will back in the saddle as soon as they can. They have the ability to put a positive spin on things, which can come in useful working in glamour industries such as fashion, film and advertising.
Daring Visionaries & Star Measurers
In Vedic astrology, the 24th nakshatra where this star resides is called ‘The Former beautiful’, so Pisces decan 3 at least like to preen themselves and keep up appearances if they aren’t making things beautiful in art or design. However much as these natives have a great sense of the aesthetic, they pride themselves on being primarily intellectuals. In fact, their busy minds might be the reason they are so accident-prone. Practical things, like simple walking in a straight line, might be a problem…These fishes are often confused as to why they are such hotheads when the usual descriptions of Pisces are so laid back and languid. This really isn’t the case with decan 3!
The tarot card associated with this card is the ten of cups. The Cinderella effect of the meaning of the decan as a whole is very marked with this card since “It suggests emotional fulfillment, settling down and starting a family. You have found the love you have searched for… You may have a picture painted in your head of the ideal partner and life for you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this as we all have our own idea of what we are looking for, and a dream we would dearly love to come true.” Painting a picture is appropriate as this is such an imaginative decan. Karmically for artists “The Ten of Cups suggests exceptional work. Your creations will be truly inspiring and might even be your best yet.” Like high flying Pegasus, in this life “It is all taking off for you now and you may even get some global recognition.”
More on Pisces III
If the Pisces of the second decan had an outstanding potential, being a dreamer to be more precise, then what we have here can only be described as straight-up genius.
Nothing is out of his reach and he has all the cards to succeed. Ability, grit, ambition, perseverance, imagination, you name it.
Among his fellow Pisces, and I’m looking at you, first decans, this native is the most enduring powerhouse, capable of great efforts and even greater sacrifices.
Mars and Neptune’s synergy creates an individual not unlike those heroes that we all know, able to act a moment’s notice and with a strong determination.
Willful and focused, the world is his playground, and his mind the weapon needed to conquer it. Experiences are to be harnessed and used as the material for critical decisions and plans.
Very compassionate and kind individuals, the Pisces of the third decan see it only natural to help and offer support for those who need it.
Empathy was never so evident as here, and this means that there will always be an underlying sense of selflessness and generosity accompanying their every action.
These natives actively seek acknowledgement and appreciation when it comes to intimate relationships. And if that plays out well, the sky’s the limit.
Thinking in perspective and putting into practice the ideas and various concepts that plague his imagination, the Pisces-Scorpio is a man on a mission, determined and possessing the know-how necessary to succeed.
Usually fulfilling the roles of pioneers or initiators, these natives take it upon themselves to strive for a better world, and act on those dreams.
Destiny also plays an important part on their road to dominance, but somewhere in their life, sooner or later, a Pisces of the third decan will encounter a life-changing situation.
Yet another apropos depiction of Pisces III
The Engine of Survival
The heart’s fondest wish dwells here, as does the price we are willing to pay for it — the life’s blood we offer in return. It forces the question — what is worth bleeding for? At the end of the day, when the credits are about to roll, the answer has always been & will always be: Love. It does not matter what particular flavor of love it is, nor whether that love found in a single person, all sentient beings, or in the pure joy of a particular activity. Love is what is worth dying for, and therefore worth living for. As Leonard Cohen put it, “Love’s the only engine of survival.” It is fundamental enough to be present at the beginning in the cosmogenesis of various systems.
Why did the One become Two? In order to experience Love. As Crowley wrote in the Book of the Law, “I am divided for love’s sake, for the chance of union.” Love requires division between the known and unknown, self and other, heaven and earth, mundane and mysterious. It is here, in the last decan of Pisces, generally held to be the very end of the zodiac, that the two fish spiral back to their origin point — the One that divided itself for the sake of Love. Yet things get lost on their way into manifestation. The love which begins a romance gets buried, lost, obscured. The passion which once inspired the divine artist fades, and the art itself becomes rote and mechanical. We must return to this mysterious source from time to time and sip its rejuvenative waters.
For only love can justify suffering. Yet the source is obscure, and trapped in the mythical past. There are not only temporal barriers, but metaphysical ones, which separate us from it. The process of return, the grail quest, is therefore an odd one, for we often do not know where to begin. When our love is insufficient to justify life, we wander aimlessly, carrying with us an objectless dissatisfaction. As in Hamlet’s doleful monologue, “How weary, stale, flat, and unprofitable seem to me all the uses of this world!”
All of the worlds’ horrors become unbearable when there is no reason to bear them. Every story seems to end in tragedy. This is the 10 of Cups inverted, the Unhappy Ending. Yet when we remember our love, the card is turned right side up, and the happy Hollywood ending suddenly seems not only possible, but inevitable, simply because it was all worth it.
We are constantly misplacing our love, giving it to the wrong people, attaching it to fleeting situations, refusing to feel it except under specific conditions. Love is not a product of those situations or people. They are the window through which we see the rainbow. Yet in order to recover it, to remember it, we must work backwards, through the times and faces. The ork is an alchemical act of separation, sifting love itself from all names and conditions.
They are the plumbing, not the water. Returning to the ocean, you can begin the water cycle again, from the beginning. Let it evaporate into clouds, then fall as fresh rain, to be absorbed by the earth and become part of living bodies. The end is preparation for the beginning. The last sign of the zodiac is the ocean from which the first emerges.
A Hierarchy of Madness
From this boundless, irrational love proceeds one of your most potent assets, your “good crazy.” Good crazy is your willingness to chase a dream down, despite what everybody, including the statistics, say. Angry may get shit done, but it can’t hold a candle to good crazy. Good crazy hails from the majestic, turbulent realm of the soul, does not give a fuck, and cannot be stopped. The thing is, you don’t pick your good crazy. You discover it. Everyone gets some, but it’s not something you construct or create. It’s something you receive and accept. Good crazy is a result of surrender to something bigger, deeper and truer than the conscious personality.
Unfortunately, it is easy to confuse with bad crazy. There’s a lot of bad crazy out there, and it is easily transmissible. So how do you tell the good crazy from the bad? Love. Good crazy always has, at it’s core, an ecstatic embrace. It’s wiling to pursue its Beatrice through the Inferno & back because it loves & loves hard. It wants to give & give everything. Bad crazy, which is most crazy, is fundamentally about aversion. It hates this. It drowns itself in pleasure to avoid that. Its root is always negation. Just as the varieties of socially transmissible madnesses out there are often treated as normal or even desirable, good crazy often gets a bad name. Even if you find it within, don’t expect everybody to praise and honor it. That’s for you to do.
Scorpio Ascendant, Scorpio Rising Sign
The Scorpio Ascendant people have a lot of presence. There is something about them that tells the world that they are not to be pushed around. Their manner commands respect, and in some cases, fear. Scorpio rising people can be quiet or loud, but they always seem powerful and determined.
You either love or hate Scorpio rising people –they are rarely people who go through life unnoticed. In fact, some of them are confused when faced with the fact that they get such strong reactions from others. They seem to look right through people, seeing through superficiality. This can be quite intimidating to some, and intriguing to others. Scorpio rising people, in their dealings with others, look for answers by reading between the lines. Surface details are discarded when they are getting a feel for people and situations around them.
Scorpio rising people value their privacy so much, it can border on paranoia. They have a strong need to control their environment and are experts at strategy. Rarely people who will blow their chances with impatience, they plan out their moves carefully and deliberately, relying on their awesome ability to feel out others and situations.
Scorpio rising natives are drawn to down-to-earth, natural partners. Reliability in their partner is very important. They generally look for complete commitment and have little patience with flighty partners.
The Ascendant (or rising sign) is often considered the mask one wears when meeting others. Perhaps it is most aptly thought of as the automatic responses to one’s environment. The Ascendant shows our natural defenses and how we cope with day-to-day issues. The energies of the sign and condition of the Ascendant are most overt and obvious to others. The Ascendant shows an individual’s first, natural reaction to new people and situations.
The characteristics of Scorpio Ascendant described above are modified by planets conjunct the Ascendant, planets that aspect the Ascendant, and the position of the ruling planet of the sign on the Ascendant. For example, a person with a Scorpio Ascendant with its ruling planet, Mars, in Sagittarius will respond to the environment a little differently than another person, also with a Scorpio Ascendant, but whose Mars is in Capricorn. (Note that Scorpio has two rulers, the other being Pluto, which is very slow-moving). Similarly, a person with a Scorpio Ascendant who also has Saturn conjunct it will “behave” differently than someone with a Scorpio Ascendant who does not have that aspect in their natal charts.
Scorpio Rising – General
You have keen animal instincts, a deeply instinctual and passionate nature, and access to forces that can be used for healing and regeneration – of yourself, other individuals, or society. Strong-willed and powerful in a quiet understated sort of way, you are always a force with which to be reckoned. You know intuitively where another’s pain or weakness lies, and can thus be a natural healer – or a terrible enemy, if your energies are directed toward conflict. Learning to trust and follow your instincts, and to focus your will upon positive intents, are keys to fulfilling your highest destiny. Your ruling planets are Mars and Pluto.
Scorpio Ascendant II
There is much in the experience of those born with Scorpio rising that involves learning to transform the self and others through the experience of conflict, challenge and letting go. The themes often present with this sign on the Ascendant can be described by the mythic story of Hercules as he battled the much-feared Hydra. The 8th labour of Hercules involved the destruction of this beast, a creature of the depths that had ten heads, and a deadly bite. Every time Hercules cut one of the heads off, another would appear. The lesson Hercules had to learn was contained within the advice given to him by his teacher- ‘We rise by kneeling, we conquer by surrendering, and we gain by giving up’. This experience could be described as the quintessential lesson of Scorpio rising.
You are likely to experience life as a constant series of challenges or crises where you learn intimately about the nature of power and transformation. Once learnt, you have the potential to be a very transformative and catalytic person, as you easily assist others to move through whatever is holding them back.
A confrontation with that which is dark, hidden, destructive and taboo in your own nature is often the case with this sign rising. Along the way, you will often meet the same qualities in others. These may be either met in the external world through challenging and difficult situations, or within the self, in the form of negative, toxic and obsessive emotional states that plague the psyche. These states might include repetitive episodes of greed, envy, jealousy, desire (usually for power of some sort) and lust. These qualities need to be transformed by being acknowledged, accepted and brought into the light.
Jealousy is commonly an issue, especially in the early part of life. This destructive emotion may alienate you from others, generating tension and friction that need to be released. This kind of emotion serves to pull the personality down, requiring humility and compassion to heal. Like the Hydra, such emotions can only be conquered through submission, which means aligning the self to something greater than the individual desire nature. If not released, these states seethe and fester within the psyche, exploding from time to time with powerful and destructive force. Internal pressure periodically builds until an explosion, release and renewal occurs.
These qualities can be transformed and redirected via a creative outlet. A work of art, a form of therapy, a mystical state or an intense sexual experience can serve as the means to refine these energies. This process will be either consciously or unconsciously played out. You may find yourself oscillating between passive or active responses to your emotions and external stimuli. You may go through many catalytic personal experiences as you discover more about your true nature. Often, situations of disability and impairment come about, so that the fear of helplessness and restriction is experienced. These challenges become the catalyst for experiencing surrender, and learning to open up to trusting others.
Often, those with Scorpio rising give very little away as to what they are really thinking and feeling. Others cannot be sure of what your true intentions are. You may play your cards very close to your chest, owing to your acute sensitivity to environmental influences. For you, letting others know how sensitive and vulnerable you really are means giving them a kind of power you are not sure you want to give.
You are often extremely sensitive to the underlying emotional currents around you, for this sign is extremely perceptive. You will continually seek to confront the underlying psychological motives in any situation. You will also be constantly aware of others potential to be deceptive, abusive and less than truthful. Your first form of attack then is defence, while you wait for others to reveal who they truly are. This means that you are likely to respond in passionate and turbulent ways to most forms of relationship, and will be especially volatile when an issue of power and its potential misuse is around. Or you will avoid intimacy with anybody if it means you have to let your guard down. You benefit from calm, placid and strong partners who are able to withstand the intensity of your emotional experiences, and your need to work them out on others. For this reason, you can be hard to get close to, as the external emotional protection is very strong, and others feel uncertain as to where you stand. Yet once you have committed your feelings to someone, you are intensely loyal, passionate, giving and devoted. It is an all or nothing kind of stance. Much depends on how prepared you are to deal with the issue of power and its proper uses.
Once the necessary transformations have come about, you then become a powerful catalyst or agent for change in other people. You have the ability to renew and rebuild your life, and can show others how to do the same. You are likely to have penetrating insight and great understanding for others suffering and pain. You are likely to be patient, persevering and reliable, so that you are a great source of strength in times of need. Your likes and dislikes are strongly felt, and there may be a tendency to employ shock tactics in order to make your point. Usually, this is not to be perverse, but rather to say the things that others will not say, or to shake up the status quo. Highly developed emotional intelligence often makes you privy to the secrets and dark sides of others. Being prepared to encounter the secrets of others is part of your life experience.
Those with Scorpio rising often have very good memories and will not forget a hurt. You may need to develop the capacity to release pent up emotion directed consciously or unconsciously against those you believe have done you wrong. You are likely to be very loyal to loved ones, but will switch off completely if betrayed. In this instance, there will be no looking back once this decision is made, for you tend to be characterized by an all or nothing attitude that is at its most direct where your emotional vulnerabilities are concerned.
Yours is an intense rising sign, with the potential to experience great rewards. You have come to learn the secrets of resurrection and rebirth through experiencing transformation in your own emotional life. Then you have the power to become an incredible agent for change in the lives of other people.
A Spiritual Interpretation of Scorpio Rising
“You have already taken a few steps on the spiritual path, and you have dedicated your life to your spiritual nature to some degree. The intense desire nature within you continues, however, to pull you toward the physical expression. You constantly find yourself at a turning point between pursuing a material desire and following a more spiritual inclination.
You have the capacity for major changes in your life. Others may find your decisions remarkable, as you can take a 180 degree turn with relative ease. Each of these major shifts brings you closer to understanding the unfolding plan of your spiritual life. At this time you may appear to be motivated only by material desires, but each turning takes you further on the spiritual path. If you look back, you can see that your decisions have all blended into one direction. You see the logical unfolding of spirit woven into seemingly disjointed actions and decisions.
First you test your physical appetites with food, sexual desire and physical comfort. These may become rather boring. Ambition and the desire for power increase the emotional thrill and the momentary pay-off. At the third stage you tackle mental challenges of spiritual pride. If you can transcend all three levels, you then function from a more spiritual base. You cease to seek physical emotional and mental thrills for their own sake, and use your personal power to transform your own life and to help others.
You face a tall order if you are to make spiritual progress. You need to remember your own beginnings as you seek success in any of your endeavors, spiritual or otherwise.”
Scorpio Rising with Mars (Traditional Ruler of Scorpio, and Mars in in Scorpio in my chart) in the Signs
The following interpretations incorporate the position, by sign, of Mars, the ruling planet of Scorpio. Note that Pluto also rules Scorpio, and interpretations for Scorpio rising with Pluto in the signs follow the Mars interpretations. The sign position of Mars modifies your Scorpio Ascendant characteristics. These interpretations are from the Karmic Insight Report, and are written from an esoteric viewpoint.
The point that was on the eastern horizon at the moment of your birth is called the ASCENDANT, or rising sign. While the Sun describes your conscious direction and current life focus, and the Moon your subconscious predisposition and past, the Ascendant indicates a way of being that transcends and embraces past, present, and future. It describes the way you engage and merge with the outer world and how you bring through into life the energies depicted by the Sun, the Moon, and the rest of your birth chart. Everything is filtered through the Ascendant from an esoteric point of view. It indicates your soul’s function and thus a key part of your destiny.
Mars in Scorpio natives love to challenge themselves to do the impossible. They throw themselves into what they decide to do with concentrated energy and awesome willpower.
These people make formidable opponents, although often quietly so. They keep their cool and their equilibrium on the surface. Below the surface may be another story, and they are unlikely to easily let you in. Mars in Scorpio has the potential to exploit others–they see through others and rely heavily on their gut feelings.
The sexual stamina of this position is thought to be the strongest of all the positions of Mars. Sometimes, Mars in Scorpio people are attracted to taboos, and their fantasies may involve blowing the taboos to smithereens! They enjoy scenarios in which the “other” is giving in to them, wants them completely, and will do absolutely anything for them. And, their sexual appeal is strong enough that they generally do get what they want.
They find it difficult to share their partners, though they will likely never admit this. In stark contrast to Mars in Libra, who is most comfortable with the middle ground, Mars in Scorpio has a black-or-white philosophy of life. These are the people who say, “Just choose!” They really are not comfortable with compromise–what kind of satisfaction could you possibly get from compromise? Real living, to Mars in Scorpio, is all about accepting challenges and making changes.
These people constantly test themselves, and, often, others. They make all kinds of rules and goals, just for the personal satisfaction that comes from achieving or mastering them. Their survival instincts are strong, and they embrace their own animal nature when they are all alone with themselves, without guilt.
These people have a provocative quality to them. This quality is usually most evident in youth, though it is often carried over into adulthood in more subtle, controlled ways.
Jupiter in Cancer: Intuitive, Nurturing, and Security-Seeking
Jupiter is a large and lucky planet that encourages us to expand our wealth and minds. It is the planet of abundance, growth, and optimism. This expansive planet is all about the higher mind and is associated with philosophy, truth, and religion, giving us a larger lens of which we can experience the world. So, when Jupiter finds itself in a Water sign like Cancer, we can expect a profound sense of wisdom to derive from our emotions.
Jupiter feels right at home in this sensitive sign because Jupiter is exalted in Cancer, bestowing the best of what it wants to bring. Wisdom comes from the gut and opportunities are felt instinctively. The general tenor of this period reminds us to listen inwardly, instead of seeking external teachers. When this expansive energy combines with empathetic Cancer, we’ll be given an opportunity for growth through our emotional awareness.
When Jupiter is in Cancer
Jupiter is the planet of wisdom that encourages us to deeply process our thoughts, and Cancer is the sign of emotion, ruled by the Moon. When these two come together, what we consider to be truth will grow from the experiences we have, rather than abstract ideas. Wisdom comes from our interactions, our reactions, and the emotional intelligence that develops during this time. This is a chance to get to know ourselves from the inside out and have faith in our feelings.
Jupiter in Cancer is a time to nourish our relationships with the people we trust. We’ll crave more social time with our friends and family, and our appreciation for their presence and love will be intensified. With the planet of luck on our side, we might find ourselves pursuing or cultivating a serious, committed relationships. Our desire for closeness and connection at this time can make us a caring, loyal, and sometimes clingy loved one.
Home will become more than just a house while Jupiter is in Cancer. Jupiter’s desire for expansion combined with Cancer’s love for comfort and security can lead to renovations, redecorating, or additions to the home (human or otherwise). Our homes will become a haven to unpack and process the day.
Cancer is a highly sensitive sign that has a tendency to overreact and take things very personally. Exalted Jupiter does its best to stay positive and focused, but its grandiose influence can lead to feeling overloaded and having emotional breakdowns. During this transit, it’s our responsibility to find positive outlets to release and work through this tension, such as exercise, writing, or therapy. If we can resist reacting on these intense feelings, we’ll have more control of our outcome.
If you were born with Jupiter in Cancer
You trust your gut! If you’re born with your Jupiter in Cancer, you have a unique blessing that most others don’t — you can rely on your instincts. You are emotionally savvy and have the ability to deeply process your connections and reactions to the people and moments around you.
You have a big, empathetic heart and a desire to make others feel cared for. Many of your loved ones turn to you for support and emotional advice. Not only are you willing to listen, you have a wonderful way of helping them process their feelings and working through their distress. This ability to nurture will create long-lasting relationships … but be aware of those who depend on you too much and take advantage of your goodwill.
As someone with your Jupiter in Cancer, you have emotions — and lots of them! You can lead a very fulfilling life if you remember to let yourself process your feelings before acting on them. With Jupiter lending its larger-than-life energy to Cancer, you could be prone to mood swings. Preventing yourself from overthinking things and learning how to let things go could help alleviate this.
On another note, those with natal Jupiter in Cancer usually have no problem attaining material success.
All of this Water is balanced by the following:
Leo is the astrological sign of creative self-expression. The Midheaven (MC) is one of
four personal angles in a natal chart. The MC represents your highest aspirations,
reputation, and your role in social and work situations.
A person with Leo on the MC were born to lead and to be seen as a superstar.
Regardless of your Sun sign, your public image and aspirations take on Leo’s qualities.
Leo is the Fixed Fire sign of the zodiac. Your larger than life public persona on display.
At work or in social situations, you’re seen as self-confident, competitive, courageous,
and determined, but also as good-natured, kind-hearted, generous, fun, creative, and
perhaps even a bit flamboyant.
